Symbol CRD1500-1000
Symbol's CRD1500-1000S single slot serial cradle provides one to one HotSync capability between a single SPT 1500 and a user's PC. This is typical of a consumer application, or a business/vertical market application where only a few users will be synchronizing their SPT 1500 to the same PC.
A second cradle is a smart and affordable investment with your Palm III and VII and Symbol SPT1500 hand held, you can recharge and synchronize with both home and office computers conveniently and quickly. Palm IIIc users will be able to sync but not to charge their units.
For remote synchronization over dialup phone lines, the Symbol CRD 1500-1000M offers a 33.6 bps (V.34) single slot modem cradle. The modem cradle is configured with dual RJ11 phone jacks so an external phone can still be utilized. An RJ45 jack provides RS-232-C serial connection to a host computer.For user convenience, the cradle doubles up as a serial cradle, and is wall mountable. Users choose the operating mode via the Modem Sync/Serial Sync selector switch.
The Model CRD 1500-1000MC provides battery charging capability to the 1000M modem cradle.
