Symbol PPT-4110

The Symbol PPT 4110 is similar to the PPT 4100 and PPT 4140 pen terminals and communicates on-line over the Spectrum One® RF wireless network.It can provide instant access to your critical business information, anywhere, any time. Your personnel can get the information they need to operate most effectively to improve customer service.

The integrated scanner utilizes Symbol's patented Mylar® scan element, a unique technology that creates motion without wear. Industry-standard/certified PCMCIA cards provide user-selectable functions which include modems, SRAM and your choice of wireless communications including, Spectrum One® and Spectrum24®. Memory is easily expandable to permit complex applications and large database storage.

With the PPT-4110 accurate order entry, product data and customer tracking are accomplished by using the integrated bar code scanner to collect data; use the pen screen to record customer signatures, update orders and service requests in the field.

Users can take the PPT-4110 with them on vendor quality audits and get immediate results back to the plant via a PCMCIA Modem Card. Whether operating on-line over the Spectrum One® RF network or in batch mode, manufacturing personnel are empowered and productive.
