Microscan 6500

The Microscan Quadrus 6500 is a compact fully integrated fixed mount 2D code reader. It includes decoder, internal optics, and built-in lighting neatly designed into a compact, rugged enclosure. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art image sensor, microprocessor, and custom lens.

It provides the ability to use the space-efficient 2D Data Matrix symbology by offering a user friendly and cost effective reading solution in a small package. Illumination is provided by an array of 20 high-output LEDs.

The 6500 is more cost effective and easier to use than many imaging systems while offering better read quality than typical hand-held readers. It's combined features of auto-calibration, fixed focal point and the image processing database is helpful for laser etched codes which have been placed directly onto parts that produce varying contrast levels.
