The Microflex CE3240 and 3240B represent DAP Technologies' primary offering to field operatives seeking to eliminate paperwork and reduce costs while increasing security and productivity.

The 3240 family merges PDA and handheld terminal functionality in one compact, lightweight device that offers superb customization possibilities via hardware modules as well as a PC Card slot and two integrated SDIO slots.

Among wireless options are HPRS, CDMA 1xRTT, WiFi, and Bluetooth. Customers can also specify GPS, 1D/2D barcode readers, or RFID. The 3240 is also built to withstand harsh environmental conditions, including a 6.5-foot drop spec, very wide operating temperature range, and an IP65 rating (IP67 optionally available as well). The ergonomic 22-key keypad allows for rapid data entry and can be ordered with backlighting.
