The Nippondenso (Denso) BHT-5175 bar code handy terminal is a light-weight, portable, and easy to use bar code scanner.

The liquid crystal display (LCD) has a standard 10 line by 26 character screen and is large and easy to see. This high-contrast monochrome display also features a back light function as standard. LED's illuminate green when a barcode is read correctly. A red LED illuminates to signal an incorrect read.

The BHT5175 can read wide bar codes as well as any standard bar code using direct contact with the bar code, or from a distance of up to 12 in.

It has a strong, durable housing and 32 key or 26 key keypads that features programmable function keys.
