iTech IQfive

The iTech iQfive is a six-station battery maintenance system for radio users, radio rental shops and and service shops. The iQfive has become the industry standard in the public safety radio market.

This is the most reliable and economical battery test and maintenance product in its class. It is NiCd, NiMH and Lithium Ion compatible (with appropriate software and adapters).

The i -five test cycle offers three modes: The "ANALYZE" mode charges and discharges your battery while measuring the removed capacity. The LCD readout displays the results as mA. You can compare the result to the battery specification and know if your battery meets performance needs or requires warranty replacement. The "CONDITION" mode restores capacity in many cases by recycling the battery through three consecutive charge/discharge cycles, removing crystal growth. You get more use from many batteries that might otherwise be rejected. The "DISCHARGE" mode is used to discharge the battery and measure the capacity delivered by your radio charger.
