Intermec AD8
The Intermec AD8 Communications Dock is used to provide power to the CN2, charge the battery while it is in the CN2, and transfer data and applications through a USB (universal serial bus) Type B connection. USB client cable, power supply, and power cord are also required. (sold separately).
The Intermec AD8 modem/charger dock (225-704-001) is used with the CN2A and CN2B hand-held units.
If you are using the modem dock to charge your battery, the battery is fully charged in approximately 4 hours. You can look at the battery light on the CN2 to check the battery status:If the battery light is red, the battery is charging. If the battery light is green, the battery is fully charged.
On a CN2A, the battery light is located above the screen. On a CN2B, the battery light is located on the keypad, next to the Power button.
