Ingenico 3070 / i3070

The Ingenico i3070 is intended both for multi-lane retail and traditional merchants. It includes a smart card reader, a magnetic card reader and a contactless reader. This innovative product changes dramatically the setup of contactless equipment within stores as it replaces the typical PIN Pad + Contactless Reader pair. Using a single cable, it can connect either to a cash register or to a payment terminal. This easy to use, small-sized PIN Pad allows customers to choose their preferred payment method in complete freedom.

With this fully integrated technology, Ingenico enhances its terminals’ ergonomics and speeds up the transactions thanks to faster access to the terminal’s processor. The i3070 Contactless not only accepts payments via a contactless card but also via a mobile phone or any other electronic device equipped with NFC technology. It complies with the strictest security norms (PCI-PED).
