Datalogic DataPlus 8000
Datalogic's DataPlus 8000 wedge decoder is extremely flexible and can be applied to a variety of office and industrial applications.
When it is set in wedge mode, interprets barcode data scanned by the reader as if it were typed directly on the keyboard, not requiring then any modification of the application software running on the Host.
Two readers can be connected to DataPlus 8000 simultaneously, and the serial auxiliary port enables external devices such as portable data collection systems, scales, printers to be connected to the Host in a wedge mode.
A pass through connection is also available to connect your reading device to the Host and/or the Terminal, letting them continue to communicate between themselves.
