Accu-Sort DM-3000
Accu-Sort DM-3000 is a compact, overhead dimensioning unit which automatically measures the length, width, and height of packages as they move along a conveyor.
The DM3000 is a self-contained unit that is installed over an existing conveyor. The DM 3000's one-piece design eliminates critical alignment of multiple components and no break is required in the conveyor belt.
The rugged housing allows the unit to be used in a wide variety of environments and applications.
The DM-3000 uses a scanned, triangulated CCD camera/laser diode combination to capture the height profile of rectangular boxes up to 36" high, 38" wide, and 72" as they pass by the unit. It can accommodate conveyor belt speeds up to 600 fpm and package spacing as close as 3-inch with accuracy of ±1/4 inch.
