The 8-line, 20 large-character LCD scanners have an internal nickel metal hydride rechargeable battery. They are engineered to withstand multiple four-foot drops on concrete and operate effectively in temperatures from 32° F to 104° F.

With the PDT6100, the adjustable hand strap provides users with a comfortable secure hold. They allows for both left- or right-handed operation and a choice of conveniently spaced 35- or 46-key alphanumeric or 22-key numeric keyboard configurations for easy input- even for users who need to wear gloves.
