Intermec 40MD

Designed with portability in mind, the 100% Hayes compatible, Intermec Trakker Modem 40MD attaches easily and quickly to the base of Intermec Trakker models 9440 (model B and up), 9444 & 9445.

The modem packs many features into a small, lightweight (4 oz.) package. In addition to the modular telephone connector, the unit provides a power jack and an auxiliary 25-pin RS-232 interface.

By allowing remote file transfers over standard telephone lines, the 40MD adds even more flexibility and mobility to your Intermec Trakker. It's three status lights provide operator feedback by showing call progress, carrier detection and high speed operation. An on/off switch helps to both conserve battery power and enable the auxiliary RS-232-C interface.
