The Datalogic Falcon four slot dock accepts both Falcon 4410 and 4420 color models. In addition, it has a spare battery charging port which will charge a Lithium Ion battery pack.
Falcon 4410/4420 units communicate with the host PC using Microsoft Active Sync protocol either via a USB port or via a serial port. There is a USB/Serial interface between the Falcon and the Dock.
The dock passes the USB and Serial signals from the device to the Host PC.
