The Falcon color single-slot dock has a Falcon port which accepts both Falcon 4410 and 4420 color models. In addition, it has a spare battery charging port which will charge a Lithium Ion battery pack.
Falcon 4410/4420 units communicate with the host PC using Microsoft Active Sync protocol either via a USB port or via a serial port. There is a USB/Serial interface between the Falcon and the Dock.
The dock passes the USB and Serial signals from the device to the Host PC.
ActiveSync Protocol is used to communicate between the Falcon and host PC.
