Microscan IB-140
The Microscan IB-140 extends the working life of your A-B DS-DD series decoders by allowing a Microscan bar code scanner to act as a replacement scan head for Allen-Bradley’s discontinued L-LD series scan heads.
Compatible with Microscan’s MS-820, MS-911, MS-850, and MS-880 scanners, the IB-140 converts decoded data from the scanner back into a bar code signal that can be read by an Allen-Bradley DS-DD series decoder. In essence, it allows a fully integrated bar code scanner to function as an undecoded scan head alongside an AB decoder.
