Computerwise WD-1
The Computerwise WD-1 is a bar code decoder for use with an IBM PC/XT/AT compatible computer to decode most of the popular bar code symbologies .
The WD-1 can accept and decode scanned input. Typical input devices include hand-held wands, bar codes lot readers, and most decoded or non-decoded handheld or stationary lasers and CCD scanners.
The two connectors on the rear panel of the WD1 allow it to be interconnected or "wedged" between the keyboard and the host personal computer and draw its power from the power supply in the personal computer, hence no external power supply or power connection is required.
This wedge decoder is extremely flexible and can be applied to a variety of office and industrial applications.
